This 'Dive Deeper' event for the By Leaders, For Leaders network will be led by the senior leadership team at Bushey Meads School. The focus of the session will be 'Systems and structures to secure effective school improvement' and this will include how to maximise self-evaluation at all levels, school improvement planning, focussed line management, and unlocking leadership potential.
